Michigan DNR states the movement of firewood has proven to be the source of many infestations throughout the Great Lakes region and have requested that campers purchase their firewood within the visiting campground.

SugarBush has suffered the removal of several beautiful trees due to this natural enemy. Do your part to help protect Michigan's forests, trees, campgrounds, and parks.

CANCELLATIONS

1. All monies, except one night’s camping fee, will be refunded for a cancellation request that is received by the 
  Campground Manager less than seven (7) days prior to the date the site is to be occupied.
2. No refunds will be made on cancellation requests received after the site was to be occupied.
3. No refunds will be made for holiday reservations.
4. Refunds will be issued by check 30 days after cancellation date.
5. Any extraordinary circumstances requiring a decision regarding refunds will be made by the Facilities Director.
SugarBush Campground
RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATIONS:
1. Telephone reservations for campsites will be accepted beginning April 1st.
2. Reservations may be made by:
   a) Telephone - with credit card only
   b) In person - with cash, check, or credit card (or by check via us mail)
3. Reservations will be accepted for a minimum of two nights on weekends.
   HOLIDAY (Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day) weekends require a three-night reservation.
6. Reservations for HOLIDAY WEEKENDS require payment in full at the time reservation is made.
9. All sites must be paid for before occupying the campsite.
10. The person reserving a campsite must be at least 21 years of age, will be the person responsible for the campsite and  
     will also pay for the campsite.
11. RE-registering for a campsite must be completed prior to noon (12:00 p.m.) and only if re-registration does not conflict        with a prior reservation.
12. Check-in Time for arriving campers: 3:00 p.m.
13. Check-out Time: The site must be cleaned and vacated by 1:00 p.m.
14. SugarBush Campground reserves the right to make adjustments in assigning reserved campsites.
